Muesli

I am writing this as a i eat a bowl of muesli. Eating muesli is like a rebirth its just so holistic. I love spiritual things and what can be more spiritual than some nuts and berries? Well maybe the Dalai Lama. I love Lammy. He's a dear friend. Its such a shame about Nepal. Or is it Tibet? Its TERRIBLE. I must speak to Koffi Annan about it all.
